Biodynamic & Nature Wine - Autumn

Discover “Automnales”, a unique wine made from 100% small grain Muscat. The manual harvest, carried out in November, allows us to select the most candied and raisined grapes, in order to obtain a naturally sweet and intensely flavored juice. The vinification of this nectar takes place partly in stainless steel vats and a third in oak barrels. In order to preserve the desired acidity, we carry out filtration and refrigeration. A slight sulphation is applied to avoid any re-fermentation in the bottle, thus guaranteeing the stability of this precious beverage. Dressed in a dark gold color with copper highlights, "l'Automnales" unfolds a captivating bouquet of apricots, raisins and candied fruits. Its subtle aromas enhance pairings with foie gras and all types of mature cheeses. For gourmet palates, a fruit tart or a chocolate dessert will pair perfectly with its elegant structure.
