The Sicilian Monks 'S' Red wine – 13.5 % vol. –2020 Wine of France 100% nebbiolo You will find this noble grape variety in its high-end version. É carefully aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.    Mahogany color. Powerful wine on the nose and finesse on the palate, with lovely freshness. A balanced wine: the grape variety brings acidity and aging through the wood provides roundness. It presents notes of redcurrant, undergrowth and cooked grapes.    All our grapes are harvested by hand, vinification without animal inputs (egg white, gelatin, etc.).)and the wines contain little sulphites according to the Nature & Progrès specifications.    conventional red wine: max. 150 mg/l SO2 our white reds: max. 70 mg/l SO2
