MAKE NOISE Red wine – 13% vol. - 2021 PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION, ARIÈGE Grape variety: CABERNET SAUVIGNON – MERLOT AGED FOR ONE YEAR IN 2500 LITER LIGHTNING Ruby color. Fresh red fruits (cherry, strawberry, redcurrant), woody hint of oak, blueberry. Woody palate with noticeably present tannins. Finale with smoky notes of wood and blackberry. Quite short, but nice balance. Robust, pleasant wine with substance and good balance. All our grapes are harvested by hand, vinification without animal inputs (egg white, gelatin, etc.) and the wines contain little sulphites according to the specifications of Nature & Progrès. conventional red wine: max. 150mg/l SO2 our red wines: max. 70 mg/l SO2
