Pata Negra pork of Iberian origin raised in freedom. Every autumn, the Ganaderos (breeders) lead the herds of Iberian pigs to the pastures. They are raised in total freedom, feeding only on acorns, grass and roots until they reach their optimal weight of at least 160 kg. Very supple Pata Negra ham on the palate with extraordinary aromatic amplitude. ripening 36 - 48 months
