The perfect flavor direct to the palate. From the Ría de Arousa, the scallops to our houses. For the final jam, each can has chili pepper and garlic, and is macerated in olive oil. After a purification process, they are steamed and shelled. Impurities are removed and a manual wash is carried out, in order to enjoy a very clean product.
