The scallops, although they have a great similarity with the scallop, are of another species and smaller. The scallops al Natural Espinaler are selected by their size and are cooked, shucked and eviscerated manually. Once washed, they are packed by hand in size and accompanied with a broth made with natural products and according to a traditional recipe. They are closed and sterilized.
