Pickled mussels ESPINALER RR125 12/16 premium

The mussels come from the best rafts in the Ría de Arousa, are collected and fried in virgin olive oil. Later, marinade made from vinegar, paprika and selected spices is added. Espinaler mussels are extracted at the optimum moment. Between the months of July and February, the mussels are in optimal conditions and are collected from the rafts to take them directly to the workshop to guarantee maximum freshness. They are washed, steamed open and the beards are removed by hand, so as not to damage the food. They are fried, placed one by one in the tin and the marinade is added. Finally, the product is sterilized and left to rest, so that time can finish giving the good flavor to these mussels, which are a delicacy.
