ACORN COFFEE

A natural caffeine-free coffee alternative inspired by ancient local knowledge and traditions. The acorns are collected in the Baltic forests, roasted slowly and mildly, until they get a luxurious milky caramel taste. Ingredients: acorn kernels (Quercus robur) 100 %. PREPARATION: 1. Add 1 tsp of coffee per cup (fillter ). Pour boiling water or your favorite milk, let it steep for 5-7 mins. You can serve it with honey, butter or cinnamon. Enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place. You can use: Filter coffee maker (e.g. Chemex), french coffee and even esspresso machines to make your favourit caffeine free coffee.
