SCOTS PINE BUDS INFUSION

Buds are hand-picked in the old growth woods of Lithuania and slowly dried. The cup of infusion will warm you up and bring back the memories of these beautiful hikes in lushy woods. A perfect choice for a sauna. Ingredients: Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) buds 100 %. PREPARATION: Add 3-4 buds per cup. Pour ~80 °C water, let it steep for 5 mins. Goes well with mint, ginger, thyme or lemon. Enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place.
