Persian blue salt

Persian blue salt is mined in the province of Semnan and surprises with its deep blue salt crystals, which are created by shifting in the crystal lattice and make it appear bluish. Its high potassium content gives it its intense taste, which initially tingles on the palate and leaves a milder aftertaste in the next moment. It goes particularly well with seafood and salads. Tip: also goes particularly well with truffle dishes!
