Organic Cava Brut Nature Reserva Ekotrebol

Cava brut nature Ecological and vegan reserve from Ekotrebol is a sparkling wine made with the varieties: Macabeo, Xarel lo and Parellada. Excellent as an aperitif, exquisite with fish, shellfish, white meat and foie gras. Indication : Cava brut is characterized by a 2nd Fermentation in the bottle at a constant temperature of 13ºC for 40 days and subsequent aging in stacks in contact with the yeasts for a minimum of 24 months. It is recommended to drink cold. The ideal serving temperature is between 8° and 10°C.
