We are Erika and Ion, citizens of the world from the Mayan community of Huixtan in Chiapas (Mexico) and Vasconia (the country of the Basques). Passionate about sports, mindfulness, travel and body-mind health, and good wine :) !!. Ayurvedic medicine caught my attention when I turned 35 and since then we have practiced it and tried to spread it wherever someone wants to listen to us. We firmly believe that change begins with oneself, and also ends with oneself, the rest will follow. The more you take care of yourself, the more you help yourself and the more you help others, be water my friend :). Our company "Elikafoods" focuses on researching natural products, generally from Ayurvedic medicine in India, respectful of the environment and workers and making them available to the general public and retail stores and herbalists through "Faire". We manufacture the Ayurvedic line in India and the beauty line in Seville (Spain). We are organically certified and we also actively collaborate with the Basque NGO "Chiapas Enea" in the empowerment of indigenous women in Chiapas, Mexico, allocating part of the company's profits.
