SARTA SAUSAGE

The Salchichón Sarta is a product that is made with lean meat and pork belly. In this case, paprika is not used but is seasoned with white and black pepper and another series of spices that give it a characteristic flavor. It is stuffed into natural pig casing and left to dry for 21 days at a controlled temperature and humidity.
