SARTA SAUSAGE

It is a cured chorizo ​​that has taken a drying time of 21 days, its consumption is raw.  Unlike other chorizos, the Chorizo ​​Sarta de Embutidos Hortanco does not contain colorings or preservatives and in it you can distinguish light smoky touches, without them predominating, which allows you to appreciate the flavors of the paprika with which it is made, giving it a characteristic artisan flavor.     It has the "Artisan Foods of Navarra" seal.
