JOKE

The chistorra is without a doubt, one of the Navarrese gastronomic icons par excellence.  Appreciated for its pleasant flavor and aroma, it is made with pork, paprika, salt and garlic, without any coloring or preservatives.   Grilled or fried, it is ideal to enjoy as an aperitif.  It is the star product of Embutidos Hortanco, proof of this are the recognitions achieved in 2010, 2016 and 2018 with the Third Prize and in 2012 and 2014 with the FIRST prize of the Navarro de Chistorra Contest.     It has the "Artisan Foods of Navarra" seal.
