Partially made with coral lentils enhanced by aromas of nutmeg, sauerkraut and smoke. To be consumed chilled or slightly lukewarm for more smoothness as an aperitif on country bread, planks or crackers. This spread after being lukewarm can also be used to accompany your meats.
