This poster concerns a historical map of Europe made by William Heath about 1825 – 1830. It is a cartoon in which the inhabitants of European countries are depicted in a joking way. William Heath (1794 – 7 April 1840) was a British artist who once described himself as a "portrait & military painter". We also sell matching frames in different colors. Different size or paper?
