We produced this Sauvignon with Mathilde, a committed winegrower in Monthou-Sur-Cher, in the pure expression of this authentic terroir. 🍷 Mineral, it offers a wide aromatic palette of white fruits and citrus fruits. Its aging on lees brings a certain complexity and a gourmet character subtly balanced by the acidity of Sauvignon and the Touraine terroir.
