BEHIND THE PROJECT
The original disaster
Eva has the expertise and insight of the people affected by the services she offers. At the age of being able to take care of her hair without outside help, she discovered how serious the matter was...
Coming out of the shower is then a long series of anxieties because, although her mother willingly lends her a hand with untangling, she does so without care. The pain, then, adds to the damage.
Eva is losing a lot of hair, is worried about it, and decides to space out her shampoos. At 19, disaster struck: she suddenly began to lose a considerable amount of hair, without the cause being able to be determined with certainty.
It's the beginning of a cosmetic wandering, of compulsive trials of all kinds, of consulting all the tutorials, of all the videos of the most fashionable American beauty influencers. Nothing works. Eva is losing more and more hair...
SHARING SOLUTIONS
She eventually found her own solutions and received so many compliments on her hair that she launched a YouTube channel in 2017 to share her minimalist hair routine. Her community is wondering: does she sell the products she recommends? Νο.
This is how the idea of a website was born, which she created with her husband. Black castor oil will be the first product to be marketed, starting in 2019. In a loyalty-building approach, she offers free personalized advice and discovers that not only do 96% of women experience problems with dry and brittle hair, but they also complain about the lack of effective products on the market.
Then followed 2 years of work, in which the community enthusiastically participated, which led to the creation of a hyper-hydrating hair care range.
