The Pilgrim's Staff - 150gr

The Pilgrim's Stick is a variation of our spit cakes. It is available in sections of approximately 10cm and 150g. It is made on 1.60m bars and its design always requires patience but also speed in order to have uniform and regular cooking. Then, after cooling, it is cut on its cooking bar.
