Faccendini - mini cantucci with pine nuts and extra virgin olive oil

Faccendini are mini cantucci created by Faccendi with a completely new taste. Pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and other genuine ingredients give life to the Tuscan-style snack. We were the first to create this biscuit with purely Tuscan ingredients (San Vincenzo rosemary, pine nuts, Tuscan extra virgin olive oil) and conceived in a mini version: each biscuit a bite. The basic idea was to want to transform the Prato biscuit from a product eaten occasionally (usually after meals) to a product to be eaten as a simple snack to be enjoyed anywhere. The contrast of the aromaticity and the balsamic tone of the rosemary create an explosion of particular taste in eating it. Excellent as a snack or snack even for the little ones.
