Our Zinc star's recipe is simple. We produce white wine from Entre-Deux-Mers, mainly Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes and we add natural citrus aromas (lime, grapefruit, etc.). Finally, carbon dioxide is incorporated during bottling for the sparkling note. This gives a fresh and very gourmet sparkling wine. Serve very chilled (8 - 10 ° C). Due to its original and unique character, Blanc Limé is also an ingredient of choice for a wide variety of cocktails.
