Olivier Ravoire - AOP Vacqueyras red - 2022

Olivier Ravoire highlights the history of the Ravoire family by signing this range in honor of the epic of Captain Ravoire – a valiant 16th century knight – in the Comtat Venaissin in 1593. For this, a term taken from the lexicon of knighthood was assigned to each appellation. Thus, our Vacqueyras has the name of cuvée "Pavois", a large shield worn by the knights of the Middle Ages.
