Touraine Organic White Wine 2022 “MATHILDE”

100% Sauvignon, made with Mathilde on the label. A lively and dry white wine, ideal for aperitifs and seafood. We have opted for a 24-month aging period on this cuvée, to bring density and roundness to this grape variety. We find the subtle citrus notes and the nice tension expected in a Sauvignon! the Domaine de Mathilde is managed in Biodynamics. It is located in Touraine, near the castles of Amboise and Chenonceau.
