Sauvignon Blanc 2021

WHITE WINE/VINTAGE 2021. A Sauvignon Blanc from the southern hemisphere, both typical of the grape variety and with an association of white fruit and herbaceous notes which gives a very good length and ideally accompanies shellfish, fish and even mild cheeses. Beautiful yellow-green color with steel reflections. On the nose, herbs and white fruits dominate with a retro taste of citrics. On the palate, it has a fresh, fragrant attack and has a good mid-palate which gives it a particular and persistent richness. Good balance and nice balanced acidity. This white wine is best enjoyed chilled as an aperitif. It is the ideal accompaniment to seafood and grilled or baked fish. Its depth and minerality invite a second cut!
