Olives from the Andes - EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The hundred-year-old olive trees planted on our estate combine several varieties (Arbequina, Picual, Arauco) to give an exceptional extra virgin olive oil by first cold extraction, combining freshness, length in the mouth and sunny touch of the Andes cordillera. This oil is produced by first cold pressing in stainless steel tanks, suitable for natural decantation and guaranteeing a very low acidity (Oleic acid rate = 0.30%). Its tasting notes reveal exceptional freshness, a subtle balance between fruit and herbaceous notes and a touch of bitterness on the finish.
