Corte 2019 assembly

RED WINE/VINTAGE 2019 This red wine is very original because it is an unconventional blend made up of 50% Malbec / 50% Petit Verdot. Vinified from grapes harvested by hand on our estate, on the AOC Alto Agrelo. It combines the profile of ripe red fruits of Malbec, black fruits and the mineral side of Petit Verdot. A success ! This wine has a cherry color with purplish reflections. The nose is delicate and complex, with a floral, anise and forest fruit note. In the mouth it has a nice volume and a pleasant texture, with a nice finish where notes of white chocolate appear. The Petit-Verdot grape gives a creaminess and lightness that goes perfectly with the power and fruitiness of Malbec. It admirably accompanies all grilled meats, mature cheeses and even poultry.
