L'Atypical de Peybonhomme - Wines of France - 2021

This vintage is “atypical” due to its blend: 40% Malbec (or Côt depending on the region) and 60% Cabernet-Franc. Our Atypic 2021 is delicious, described by the greatest sommeliers as sensual. Very concentrated, the tannins are already supple, it is round in the mouth with aromas of red fruits captured in their greatest freshness. All enhanced by the peppery side of Malbec. Drink now with all types of dishes except fish, serve slightly chilled around 17-18°C. Very appreciable on a summer grill. Red Vintage: 2021 40% Malbec, 60% Cabernet-Franc 75cl
