The White of Château Pey-Bonhomme-Les-Tours is revealed by its depth in color, on the nose and on the palate. A bright, slightly buttery yellow, its nose expresses both the exoticism of pineapple and the sweetness of acacia. The palate reveals a surprising richness coming from a very ripe Sémillon and with a liveliness in the mid-palate coming from a pure and straight Sauvignon. The persistence at the end of the palate is remarkable and does not leave one indifferent.
