A careful blend from an old plot whose powerful profile perfectly matched the choice of amphorae. Twelve months of aging in amphorae allowed us to “tone down” this fiery wine to give it a beautiful tenderness and fullness in the mouth. Aromas of black fruits enhanced by a mineral touch and followed by a very delicious length that makes you salivate.
