Blanc de Noir - Wines of France - 2023

A white produced with black grapes from Cabernet Sauvignon is something exceptional. A gentle pressing followed by fermentation and aging in stoneware eggs allowed all the finesse of a grape variety and a terroir to be expressed in this cuvée.
