French Linden Honey

Due to its flowering in June and July, our Linden honey is harvested in summer.  From a light to dark yellow color depending on whether it is liquid or creamy, this honey will crystallize naturally. Its very typical minty taste makes it a tasty and fresh honey to enjoy at any time of the day.    It is said to have medicinal properties and its benefits are similar to those you will find in a linden infusion.
