Apple Brandy - Holsteiner Cox (ORGANIC) - 50cl

The Holsteiner Cox is one of the old apple varieties. It was grown around 1900 in Eutin, Schleswig-Holstein as a seedling of a Cox Orange and is characterized by its spicy, aromatic, slightly sour taste in the fresh fruit. These fine aromas can also be found in the distillate of this typical North German apple.    The apples come from organically certified cultivation. For one litre of single-variety apple brandy "Holsteiner Cox" approx. 9kg apples processed. Ideal drinking temperature: 16 - 18 degrees.
