8 year old blended Malt Whisky. 70cl porcelain bottle by Wade Ceramics Basic note: WARM SPICE Chosen as the Best World Whisky by Independent Indy100 World Whisky Masters Gold Award 2021 Forest Whisky Blend Number Sixteen is our is our own blend of complex malt whiskies. Each one is at least 8 years old and they are all 100% malt whisky. We have then taken that blend and finished it in a our in brand new French Oak Casks with a light Char on the inside of the cask here at the distillery. The whisky is much softer and gentle in flavour. Definitely very easy to drink, with beautiful notes of lightly toasted French Oak. Tasting notes: Colour: Polished Gold Nose: Dates, pastries, golden syrup Palette: Warm caramel, light wood, with a gentle spice finish This has now been bottled at 47% ABV in 700ml porcelain bottles using our spring water. The bottles are polished black porcelain with a papercut by the artist Georgia Low glazed with real gold. Only 200 bottles are available directly from us.
