Forest Whisky Blend Number Nine - Forest Distillery. Made by our Family with Love

We have blended some really interesting Malt whisky here. All malt, all aged 8 years and above. We have then taken that blend and finished it in Oloroso casks (50 year old wood) here at the distillery. This has now been bottled at 47% in 700ml porcelain bottles using our spring water. Blend number 9 isn’t quite as sherried as our previous releases which has allowed a very subtle, beautiful undertone of smoke to pull through. The bottles are polished black porcelain with a papercut by the artist Georgia Low glazed with real gold. Only 200 bottles available directly from us.
