On the palate: - The very gentle attack quickly warms up to provide caramelized flavors - The cereal then arrives with spicy notes of dried fruits and black pepper - The finish begins with herbaceous and woody touches, leading to a great length balanced between nuts, mint and peaty. The mouth then remains with a silky feeling with vegetal notes.
