Technique: - A first aging in new French oak barrels with medium and light roasting (depending on the barrel). -The main maturation in French reused barrels, with assembly in the following ratios: 40% Chinon 40% Calvados 20% new exhausted barrel Overall description: A fine and delicate whisky, the roundness and smoothness are alternately woody or fruity, then tinged with sweet vanilla. Fresh and aromatic, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif and goes well with summer atmospheres, 2 cL is enough for a quality appreciation.
