Very old Fine de Bourgogne - Sherry Islay Cask Finish - Very limited edition - Hand numbered - Steam distillation - 2013 vintage - 9 years old Brandy from pinot noir and chardonnay wine lees.                                        100% Burgundy origin.                                        9 years of aging in small Burgundian oak barrels.                                        2nd Fill Sherry Islay Finish Cask.                                        Hand-applied wax headdress, red color.     Floral, fruity and spicy nose of honeysuckle, apricot, pear, vanilla, pepper and nutmeg accompanied by sweet notes of honey and raisin.                                        A supple attack on pear and citrus which evolves into notes of panettone, hazelnut, vanilla and nutmeg.                                        Rather dry, herbaceous, iodized finish which evolves into a dry fruit and hazelnut side. 2013 VINTAGE 360 BOTTLES 50 cl - 56%
