This vintage was born from an encounter between two worlds where stories and know-how intersect. A meeting between the François Carillon estate, recognized for its great white Burgundy wines, and the Montebello distillery which gives life for almost 100 years with exceptional Guadeloupean rums. Tasting notes: Color: Red color with orange highlights. Nose: Bewitching bouquet marked by aromas of nuts, vine peach, cocoa bean and ripe grape. Taste: Silky and delicious with nuts, maple syrup, eucalyptus, pastry cream, and a melted woodiness. Finish: This rum leaves a juicy sensation in the mouth of vine peach poached in a sweet spice juice.
