Montebello - White Rum Cuvée Zenga

Montebello Zenga Blanc is an agricultural rum bearing the Guadeloupe Geographical Indication. The name Zenga evokes the tradition of fighting cocks, well established in the Antilles and more particularly on the butterfly island. The Zenga rooster is the strongest in the farmyard, the most respected among his peers. It is to his combativeness and his power that Montebello pays homage with this vintage. The rum has benefited from a long brewing and a slow reduction, before being bottled. Tasting notes: On the nose, a well-rounded and moist cane sugar. On the palate, moist and tropical, with vapors that coat the mouth and deposit a rich rum. The finish is typically agricultural and not lacking in indulgence. Lime zest, sugar cane and pepper linger in the mouth for a long time. 70cl - 60°
