Montebello - 8 year old rum

The quality of this very old Montebello 8-year-old rum is obtained by aging in 180-litre American oak barrels that have contained bourbon. The nose of this rum is immediately very rich and pastry. In the mouth, we get to the heart of the matter, with cane and a toast that goes crescendo, but in a contained way.
