Very Limited Edition - Very Old Fine - Rivesaltes Cask Finish - Steam Distillation - Hand Numbered - Vintage 2015 - 7 Years Old Brandy made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine lees. 100% Burgundy origin. 7 years of aging in small Burgundy oak barrels. Finish of 6 months in barrels of Rivesaltes. Hand-laid wax cap, red color. The passage of our very old fine in a barrel of Rivesaltes gives it a light and fine natural sweetness as well as a frank wine structure. The sweetness of the almond coats the mouth at the end of the tasting. 50cl - 51%
