Cedrik and Axel Nadé have, once again, combined their expertise with that of Michel Jacquin, to revive an emblematic regional spirit: La Blanche de Fine Bordeaux. Little known to the general public, this old wine brandy comes from Ugni blanc and Sémillon grape varieties, cultivated exclusively under the Bordeaux appellation. Bottled without having been aged in wood, it retains a translucent color. Historically, it was called “silver casting” and was offered to distillers or kept by winegrowers for culinary use. Today, this first vintage, named Origine N°1, highlights the ancestral know-how of the producers and the fruit of their work. La Blanche de Fine Bordeaux Origine N°1, reflects the elegance and complexity of the grape in its greatest purity. The Ô Chartrons universe tells of our ongoing commitment to reviving the tradition of Gironde eaux-de-vie, by celebrating the authenticity and excellence of the winegrowers' talent.
