Named in homage to the aquatic bird, Bittern, in Latin Botaurus, this French gin is made from plants grown in aquaponics in Gironde including parsley, nasturtium and rosebud. We have harmoniously combined several eaux-de-vie to seek the perfect osmosis between them. A first based on juniper berries, a second with our herbs, a third created only with grape varieties from the Bordeaux region (Merlot, Cabernet-Franc, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Sémillon) where the distillates of our plants have been integrated ( parsley, rosebuds and nasturtiums). It is a subtle gin, equally well served neat, on ice or with an Indian tonic.
