Renaissance N°3 O Chartrons | Fine Bordeaux | French brandy | 43.2° | 50 cl

La Fine Ô Chartrons is back for a new limited edition of 459 bottles. Victim of its success, our Bordeaux eau-de-vie is now out of stock. History La Fine Bordeaux "Ô Chartrons" was born from the complicity between Michel Jacquin, winemaker and distiller at Château Lartigue-Cèdres in Entre-deux-Mers (Bordeaux), and the Nadé brothers, founders of Maison Mounicq specializing in elaboration of spirits inspired by the vine. The three Bordeaux residents have combined their respective expertise to revive THE emblematic spirit of the Bordeaux region: La Fine Bordeaux. A magnificent, little-known grape eau-de-vie, made from Ugni Blanc and Sémillon grape varieties grown exclusively under the Bordeaux appellation, then distilled and aged in Girondine lands. Ô Chartrons is the result of the assembly of three barrels of Fine Bordeaux produced by Michel on his property and selected by Cedrik and Axel. Aromatic profile This grape eau-de-vie is distinguished by its notes of subtly roasted nuts with woody touches from the barrels. Aging in French oak barrels brings depth to the Fine while retaining the roundness of the wine. Ugni Blanc is the most used grape variety when making cognacs and armagnacs. On tasting, it is distinguished by its light and discreet aroma, centered on flavors of citrus fruits, quince and floral notes. It also adds freshness thanks to its natural acidity. While the Sémillon reveals floral nuances of acacia to which are added bitter and astringent flavors. Renaissance No. 3 | Fine Bordeaux | French brandy | 459 bottles | 40.1° | 50cl | France
