History The ASSEMBLAGE whisky is the fruit of the collaboration between Aymeric, oenologist, father of French whiskies A. Roborel de Climens, Cedrik and Axel Nadé, founders of Maison Mounicq, specializing in the production of spirits made from grapes. The people of Bordeaux have combined their expertise to create a selection of whiskies imbued with their shared passion: vines. Conception For this edition, the two brothers selected and then assembled a barrel of Alsatian Whisky refined by Aymeric in an old wine barrel and a barrel of Charentais Whisky with exotic and fruity notes.
