LIMITED SERIES OF 576 BOTTLES OF CHEVREUSE, MATURED IN AGRICULTURAL RUM CASKS. Distilled at the beginning of 2019, we put it in two barrels that we forgot at the bottom of our cellar. Tasting these barrels during a Chevreuse blend, we found them extraordinary. To make them even more unique, we have refined them in agricultural rum barrels. We hope that the result will take you on a journey between the Chevreuse Valley and the Antilles. Brewed, distilled, aged, refined and bottled at the Fabrique à Alcools. Tasting: Nose: cooked fruits, prunes, sugar cane, vanilla Palate: frank and structured attack with great complexity, notes of cane, hint of salt.
