Very Old Fine - Pineau Cask finish - Steam distillation - Very limited edition - Hand numbered - Steam distillation - Vintage 2015 - 7 years old Brandy made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine lees. 100% Burgundy origin. 7 years of aging in small Burgundy oak barrels. Finish for 6 months in Pineau barrels. Hand-laid wax cap, red color. The passage of our very old fine in a barrel of Pineau des Charentes gives it a slight natural sweetness but also notes of fresh grape juice. The aromas of candied grapes then arrive in delicacy. 50cl - 51%
