Very Old Marc de Bourgogne - Peated Islay Bourbon Cask Finish - Very Limited Edition - Hand Numbered Bottles - Steam Distillation - Cask Strength - Vintage 2014 - 8 Years Old Pinot noir grape brandy. 100% Burgundy origin. 8 years of aging in small Burgundy oak barrels. Edition 2nd Fill Peated Islay Bourbon Cask Finish. Hand-laid wax cap, red color. Finely peaty nose with notes of coconut and clove, evolving on orange zest, custard and thyme. Rich mouth with a hint of ginger and nutmeg and a nice length of coffee, coconut and a hint of mango.
