Our Gin Avem Ajaja is back with only 806 bottles. Ajaja is a Gin Aged for 10 months in a single barrel from Clos Candelayres, the half-hectare property of Emmanuel Martellon (Axel's Godfather). A red wine made exclusively from Merlot in the Fronsac appellation, one of the smallest Bordeaux appellations backed by St Emilion. Our Aged Gin is the link between the world of spirits and the world of wine. Subtly impregnated with the tannins of Bordeaux wine and the wood of the barrel, Ajaja is a gourmet and balanced gin. The entry on the palate is fresh, focused on citrus fruits and red fruits. In the middle of the tasting, a nice bitterness dominated by juniper surfaces but delicately melts thanks to the finesse of the Bordeaux grapes, giving an extremely round finish and a pleasant length.
